Introduction

Zenith is developed by Artem Belkov. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app stores on your device and what it sends to analytics and market data providers.

Data Stored on Your Device

The accounts, holdings, transactions, and preferences you enter are stored in the app on your device. Zenith does not connect to brokerage accounts or cryptocurrency wallets, request private keys, hold assets, or submit trade or transfer instructions.

• The app does not require an account or sign-in.
• The app does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your device's backup settings may affect whether locally stored app data is included in a device backup.

Data Sent to Other Services

To retrieve market prices, Zenith sends asset symbols and the selected currency to price providers, including CryptoCompare, Yahoo Finance, and Moscow Exchange. These requests also carry ordinary network information, such as your IP address, to the provider.

Zenith uses Mixpanel to understand app usage and improve the app. Analytics events may include screens and actions used, a Mixpanel-generated identifier, device and app information, approximate location derived from network information, asset symbols and types, the type, quantity and entered price of a transaction, and portfolio totals and currency. This information is sent to and processed by Mixpanel. See Mixpanel's privacy information for details about its practices.

If you choose to open the external feedback form, the information you submit there is handled by the form provider. Submitting feedback is optional.

Data Retention and Security

Your locally stored records remain in the app until you remove them or uninstall the app, subject to your device's backup settings. Analytics events remain in Mixpanel under the project's retention settings until they expire or are deleted in response to a request. Uninstalling the app does not delete analytics data already sent to Mixpanel.

We recommend that you:

• Use device-level security (PIN, fingerprint, Face ID).
• Keep your operating system and the app up to date.

Access and Deletion Requests

To request access to or deletion of analytics data, email contact@zenith.bestk1ng.com with the subject “Zenith privacy request.” Because Zenith has no user accounts and does not use your email address as an analytics identifier, we may need additional information to identify the relevant records. We will explain if we cannot reliably locate them. Do not send passwords, private keys, or portfolio details by email.

To stop future analytics collection by the current app version, stop using and uninstall the app. This does not remove analytics data previously sent to Mixpanel; you can request its deletion by email as described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
